Promotion and Recruitment

The Promotion and Recruitment Committee is responsible for promoting the activities, events, elections, programs and policies of USG as well as recruiting senators, volunteers, and student workers. Promotion and Recruitment heads up annual events like Student Appreciation Day, Bark for Beer, and the Freshman Ice Cream Social. The Committee also helps other USG committees and student organizations with publicizing and organizing events. During the spring election, Promotion and Recruitment plans the Presidential Debate as well as many other fun and informative events. It is also the responsibility of the PR Committee to help Senators and elected members of USG communicate and inform their constituents.
