Freshman Council

The Freshmen Council is a subcommittee of the Student Affairs committee and is co-chaired by the Freshmen Class Senator and a presidential appointed Chair. The Council is responsible for engaging first year students at UConn through planned activities, trips and meetings about freshmen related issues. The Council is a great opportunity for freshmen to get involved with other student organizations, gain leadership experience, and plan fun events.

Freshman Council Co-Chair

Connor Bergen Connor Bergen is a first semester Political Science major. Bergen currently serves on the Student Affairs and External Affairs committees, and is extremely excited to represent the Freshman Class. Outside of USG he enjoys talking about politics, getting way too enthusiastic at UConn soccer games, and naps. Bergen is from West Hartford, CT, and graduated from Hall High in 2009.
