Appeals MUST be submitted via the Kuali " USG Funding Decision Appeals Form," available on Kuali Build, within 5 business days following a decision from the Funding Student Staff.
The Appeals Process
Once an appeal has been submitted, you will hear from the Judiciary within 3 business days whether your appeal will be heard or not.
If the Judiciary votes to hear your appeal, the date and time of the appeal is up to the discretion of the Judiciary and will be communicated to you via email.
Funding Exemptions
Funding Exemptions are outlined in Chapter 5 of the Tier-II Funding Policies.
You may submit your Variance/Exemption Request via Kuali Build. It is connected to the Funding System. Simply select Yes to the question asking if you are requesting a policy exemption/variance.
