Vishal Rampur - Academic (CLAS)

My name is Vishal Rampur, and I am running to serve as a Senator for CLAS because I want to actively represent, listen to, and advocate for CLAS students. From high school through my first semester of college, I've been intentional about understanding graduation requirements, course pathways, and differences between majors, allowing me to build an efficient, semester-by-semester academic plan. This perspective has helped me recognize where students often feel confused, unsupported, or overwhelmed. My leadership in the Hindu Students Organization has taught me how to engage with diverse communities and collaborate toward shared goals. As a BIOL 1107 tutor, I've developed strong listening and communication skills while supporting peers academically. These experiences have grown my interest in hearing student input and turning concerns into successful results. As a Senator, I'll work with fellow Senators to advance initiatives that improve educational quality and student life. Being available every Wednesday, I look forward to meeting all members of USG and working together to create a better environment for all students.
