Off Campus Senators

What Do Residential Senators Do?

Residential Senators represent their residential area on campus or off-campus/commuter students. Each area has 1–10 Senators depending on its population. Residential Senators are elected by their residential community each Fall and serve a one-year term until the following Fall.

Students interested in running for a Residential Senate seat or learning more about the role are encouraged to reach out to the Speaker of the Senate (speaker@usg.uconn.edu) for more information.
